Eating Disorders Clinical Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Therapist Manager to join our team at The Emily Program. As a leader in the field of eating disorder treatment, we provide exceptional, individualized care to individuals struggling with these complex conditions.
About the Role
We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated professional to oversee our clinical programs, ensuring adherence to our evidence-based approach and high standards of care. As a Clinical Therapist Manager, you will provide leadership, supervision, and training to our PHP and IOP staff, working closely with our site leadership team to drive program success.
Responsibilities
* Provide program oversight and ensure adherence to our clinical philosophy and programming model
* Demonstrate advanced clinical knowledge and skill, providing clinical and administrative leadership to our team
* Supervise and train PHP and IOP staff, promoting their growth and development
* Collaborate with our multi-disciplinary team to ensure optimal functioning and alignment with program goals
* Maintain clinical productivity and caseload, meeting organizational expectations
* Coordinate group, individual, and family therapy coverage as needed
Requirements
* Master's degree in mental health-related field required
* Current independent licensure (LMHC, LICSW, LMFT) in Washington state or ability to obtain
* Specialty in eating disorders treatment strongly preferred
* Related supervisory/management experience preferred
* Basic life support certification (American Heart Association) within 14 days of hire

Salary and Benefits
This is a full-time position with an estimated salary range of $78,300 - $125,500 per year, depending on qualifications and experience. Our benefits package includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as generous paid time off and employer-paid benefits.
