Advanced Training Coordinator

As a pivotal member of our team, you will play a key role in the design, implementation, and ongoing enhancement of Quality training programs aimed at elevating employee performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, revise, and/or deliver training sessions as necessary, encompassing general, technical, and interpersonal skills development.
- Generate and maintain training documentation for both employees and management, which includes tracking pending Quality Management System (QMS) and eLearning courses, assignment results, assessment scores, and feedback from surveys.
- Gather structured feedback on training programs at designated intervals; analyze and present findings, along with recommended actions based on the insights obtained.
- Evaluate, provide constructive feedback, and mentor employees on their training-related assignments.
- Assist in the planning, organization, and communication regarding rotational program assignments and transition phases.
- Organize and facilitate engagement activities and regular team meetings.
- A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, Mathematics, Education/Training, or a related technical discipline, or a combination of education and relevant experience.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in Quality Assurance.
- A Master's degree in Engineering, Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- Experience in developing and delivering training and presentations both in-person and online, catering to various audience levels from entry-level to executive.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, with capabilities such as conditional formatting, tables, formulas, and charting.
- At least 2 years of industry experience in Medical Devices, Pharmaceuticals, or closely related sectors.
