As a Studio Coordinator, you'll play a vital role in supporting our world-class studio experience, ensuring seamless operations, and upholding our high standards of health and safety.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the Studio Manager in achieving company and studio-level goals, including membership growth, retail sales, community outreach, teacher and SET recruitment, and programming enrollment.
  • Act as an ambassador of the CorePower Yoga Core Values at all times, consistently inspiring these values in others.
  • Commit to a flexible schedule of 18-22 hours per week in studio, supporting operations coordination and teaching (if certified), including health and safety protocol execution, front desk guidance, and team support.
  • Engage and know your studio community consistently, greeting students by name, serving as an ambassador of yoga, and spending quality time at the front desk fostering community.
  • Coordinate and execute health, safety, and cleanliness protocols in the studio, upholding high standards for cleanliness and functionality.
  • Support communication around Smart Health Protocol to students upon entry and throughout their visit at CPY.
  • Lead orientation for new Studio Experience Team members and train them on cleanliness protocol and role expectations.
  • Act as a liaison between the Studio Manager and the teaching and SET teams in training, communicating, and coordinating studio operational systems.
Requirements:
  • Must demonstrate CorePower Yoga Core Values.
  • Excellent oral communication skills, professionalism, and exceptional interpersonal skills are required.
  • Experience in customer service is required.
  • Completion of a Yoga Alliance certified 200-hour program is preferred.
  • Familiarity and comfort with studio systems, such as HRIS, intranet, point of sale systems, company scheduling, and payroll systems.
  • Ability to build relationships with individuals with diverse personalities and styles and at different levels of seniority.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment and can prioritize while working under multiple deadlines.
  • Proven self-starter with the ability to take on new projects with enthusiasm.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products: Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel.
  • Ability to take initiative and prioritize.
  • College (BA/BS) preferred.
