Construction Project Manager

As a seasoned Construction Project Manager with Michael Page, you will oversee the successful execution of projects from initiation to completion. With a strong background in general contracting, you will be responsible for managing project timelines, budgets, and resources. Your expertise will ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Request bids from subcontractors, review bids, and select subcontractors in collaboration with the VPC.
- Establish and maintain liaison with prime clients and subcontractors to facilitate construction activities.
- Represent the company in project meetings and manage project communications through Procore.
- Manage financial aspects of contracts and construction documentation.
- Maintain good relationships with clients and review and coordinate shop drawings with contract documents.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor, including occasional estimating.
Requirements
- 5-10 years of project management experience with a general contractor, construction manager, or subtrade.
- Experience with running small to medium-sized projects in healthcare, educational, or commercial fields.
- Undergraduate degree in a construction field (a plus).
- Experience with public work.
- Demonstrates good organizational skills and shows good judgment in project conflict resolution with some supervision.
- Works effectively with coworkers and members of the project team.
- Flexible.
