Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee grant management processes, ensuring progress is monitored, relationships with grantees are nurtured, and challenges are addressed effectively.

  • Review and evaluate new proposals, providing constructive feedback to enhance their quality and alignment with institutional capabilities.
  • Prepare materials for presentations and effectively communicate grant recommendations during Executive Review Meetings.
  • Manage requests for grant modifications and ensure compliance with grant terms and conditions.
  • Represent the organization at meetings and events, providing summaries and insights as needed.
  • Oversee active projects, offering program assessment and administrative support as required.

  • Participate in discussions and events as a representative of the Corporation.

Qualifications:

  • A bachelor's degree is required; an advanced degree is preferred.
  • Exceptional presentation and listening skills.
