Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled HR Assistant to join our team. As an HR Assistant, you will provide exceptional administrative support to our HR team, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations. Your excellent communication skills and ability to multitask will be essential in this role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide timely and accurate information, guidance, and support to employees and managers through various communication channels.
  • Handle and resolve complex employee inquiries and issues, escalating to the appropriate HR team members when necessary.
  • Consistently and accurately utilize the case management system to create, modify, and close resolved issues.
Requirements
  • 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
