Clever Devices Ltd. is seeking a Quality Assurance Specialist to support the development and implementation of quality management systems for our rail transportation industry programs.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engineering and quality management, with experience in the rail transportation industry.
Responsibilities will include:
- Maintaining a good working knowledge of Clever Devices products and services.
- Supporting the analysis and performance of quality management systems.
- Creating, managing, and reviewing corrective action reports, non-conformance reports, and continuous improvement data.
- Participating in the rail application process from contract review to systems installation.
- Cooperating with other departments to ensure the creation and recording of required documentation.
- Creating and managing reports of reported issues through customer portals and our RMA process.
Requirements include:
- A graduate or post-graduate degree in an engineering discipline and management experience.
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in the rail transportation industry.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a quality-specific role.
- Working knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 and EN 50155 standards.
- Knowledge of the railway industry, including IRIS and UNIFE.
- Experience with FMECA, MTBF, and reliability calculations, producing RAMS documents, RCA's, and other analysis and reporting quality tools.
- Experience with quality reports using continuous improvement tools (FMEA, problem-solving, control plans, data analysis).
- Experience with typical engineering and inspection equipment.
- Ability to read and understand engineering drawings and schematics.
- Ability to work with Sharepoint, Power BI, and MS Office applications.
- Ability to work independently.
- Ability to travel at least 30% of the time.
