Job Summary

The Clinical Nurse is a key member of our healthcare team, responsible for providing comprehensive nursing care to patients and their families. This role requires a strong commitment to delivering high-quality patient care, while also supporting the mission and values of WakeMed.

Responsibilities
  • Implement and evaluate individualized plans of care for patients
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care
  • Provide education and support to patients and families
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and patient safety activities
Requirements
  • 2 years of nursing experience or equivalent education
  • Diploma or Associate's degree in nursing; Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Current RN licensure in North Carolina
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
