Job Summary
Our Receptionists aka Customer Experience Specialists are the first and last impression for all of our customers while ensuring they have a ridiculously awesome experience when doing business with AstroWatt Electric.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Answer the phone and return all voicemails.
- Respond to all emails from customers.
- Schedule each customer that reaches out either for a service call or estimate.
- Collaborate with the leadership team to implement new initiatives.
- Follow up with customers after their work is complete to ensure they are 100% satisfied.
- Ability to communicate with customers via phone and email.
- Send "Thank You" cards to all customers.
- Focused on delivering a ridiculous awesome customer experience every time.
- High School Diploma (or GED equivalent)
- Valid Driver's License in the State of North Carolina
- Clean driving record
- Ability to pass a background check and drug test
- Technology savvy
- Ability to use Microsoft Office products and web-based applications
- Willingness to go above and beyond to provide feedback & new initiatives for the company.
- Excellent communication skills (email and phone)
- 100% people focused - we strive to provide the best employee and customer experience in the industry.
- Knowledge in home service businesses is a plus.
- Experience working in offices for electrical, plumbing and/or HVAC is a plus.
- AstroWatt Electric is a growing company and there will be opportunities to advance into leadership and management positions.
