Medical Care Specialist

Farmington Family Medicine seeks a Medical Assistant to perform duties related to patient care and administrative support in a team-based environment. The ideal candidate will promote a smooth flow of patients through the office, functioning under the license of the physician/advanced practice practitioner when performing clinical and other patient care responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform various clinical and administrative tasks as assigned by the healthcare team
- Assist with preparing patients for exams and procedures
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
Requirements:
- High School diploma or GED preferred
- Current AAMA, NHA, AMT, or NCCT certification preferred or achieved within 1 year of eligibility
- BLS certification required or must obtain within 30 days of start date
Compensation:
The estimated salary for this role is $45,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience. Bonus opportunities are available for eligible candidates.
