About This RoleThis position involves providing high-quality patient care through assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient outcomes. You will collaborate with members of the healthcare team to ensure optimal care.
Key Responsibilities- Patient Assessment: Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical and emotional needs.
- Care Planning: Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet patients' unique requirements.
- Collaboration: Work closely with healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care and communicate effectively.
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- Education: A graduate of an accredited School of Nursing, with a BSN preferred.
- Licensure/Certification: Current state licensure as a Registered Professional Nurse and current BLS certification.
- Experience: One year of recent RN experience is preferred.
