Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) to join our team in Farmington, Maine. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of recent experience as a CNA in Long-Term Care (LTC) and Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNF). Your primary responsibility will be to deliver exceptional care to our patients, working closely with our interdisciplinary team to ensure the highest quality outcomes.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Current licensure as a CNA in the state of Maine
  • At least two years of recent experience as a CNA in LTC-SNF settings
