We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team in the Intensive Care Unit at Maine Medical Center. As a member of our team, you will provide high-quality patient care through assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient outcomes.

This role involves collaborating with members of the healthcare team to ensure optimal care. You will assess patients' needs, develop individualized plans, and implement evidence-based interventions. Our team prioritizes teamwork, compassion, and exceptional patient care.

The estimated annual salary for this position is $90,000 - $125,000, depending on experience. We also offer additional benefits, including paid parental leave, flexible work policies, student loan assistance, training and education, and well-being resources for you and your family.

Responsibilities:

  • Assess patients' needs and develop individualized plans
  • Implement evidence-based interventions and monitor patient progress
  • Collaborate with members of the healthcare team to ensure optimal care

Requirements:

  • Current applicable state(s) license as a Registered Professional Nurse required
  • BLS certification required or must obtain within 30 days of start date
  • ICU, SCU, ED, and PACU RNs require ACLS and PALS Certifications within one year of start date or in accordance with Department guidelines
