We are seeking a seasoned Senior Program Manager to lead a portfolio of task orders under multiple contracts supporting the United States Postal Service (USPS). As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a diverse portfolio of task orders that provide support across the USPS to enable its information technology and support its mission.

Key Responsibilities
  • Portfolio Management: Manage a portfolio of task orders with an aggregate annual value over $10M, ensuring timely delivery, quality, and customer satisfaction.
  • Customer Engagement: Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their priorities, refining requirements, and communicating progress.
  • Project Management: Manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously, meeting deadlines and goals, and ensuring effective risk management, issue resolution, and cost control.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise, mentor, and develop assigned staff, including subordinate supervisors, and perform personnel actions, including hiring and performance evaluation.
  • Business Development: Identify and capture opportunities for organic growth within assigned areas and support enterprise growth activities.
  • Financial Management: Perform program financial management services, including financial analysis, budget and cost quote preparation, cost management, reconciliation, and profit enhancement.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant corporate and government policies and standards.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's level degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering or related technical discipline.
  • Experience: 10+ years of related professional IT experience, with a minimum of 5+ years of experience as a Program Manager successfully managing multiple, concurrent task orders.
  • Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with various levels of clients and professionals.
