Job Title: Corporate Financial Assistant

Pacific Accounting Group Inc is seeking a skilled Corporate Financial Assistant to support their growing team. As a Corporate Financial Assistant, you will play a critical role in managing the financial records of corporate clients, ensuring accurate and timely financial statements and regulatory compliance. Your expertise in chart of account management and coordination with CPAs will be essential in providing exceptional service to our clients.

Our competitive salary package includes a base salary of $62,000 per annum, plus benefits including 401(k) with employer matching, health, vision, and dental insurance, and reimbursement of tuition for certain certificates related to the position.

Responsibilities:
  • Chart of Account Management
  • Coordination with CPAs for tax planning and advice
  • Worker's Compensation audits
  • Sales and Use Tax Returns
  • Property Tax Returns
  • City Tax and License renewals
  • Annual 1099 filing

Requirements:
  • High school diploma required (college degree preferred)
  • Minimum 3 years bookkeeping and accounting experience
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office products
  • Proficient with QuickBooks Online and Desktop products
  • Strong accounting and analytical skills
  • Detail oriented and ability to multitask
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Proficient with accounting/bookkeeping software including QuickBooks
  • Knowledge of Lacerte tax software is a plus
