We are seeking a highly skilled Land Management Analyst to join our team at ICONMA. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for analyzing and managing our real estate portfolio.

Key Responsibilities
  • Education and Experience
    • Bachelor's degree in a business-related field, such as finance or accounting.
    • 3-5 years of experience as a payment or accounting analyst, preferably in the real estate industry.
  • Technical Skills
    • Basic knowledge of US-GAAP and IFRS accounting guidelines.
    • Familiarity with lease and real estate contracts, as well as complex payment terms.
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
    • SAP Transactional Knowledge: experience with SAP-RE is highly desirable.
    • GIS or other land mapping system experience is also highly valued.
  • Soft Skills
    • Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
    • Effective written and verbal communication skills, as well as strong interpersonal skills.
