Key Responsibilities- Education and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in a business-related field, such as finance or accounting.
- 3-5 years of experience as a payment or accounting analyst, preferably in the real estate industry.
- Technical Skills
- Basic knowledge of US-GAAP and IFRS accounting guidelines.
- Familiarity with lease and real estate contracts, as well as complex payment terms.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
- SAP Transactional Knowledge: experience with SAP-RE is highly desirable.
- GIS or other land mapping system experience is also highly valued.
- Soft Skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills, as well as strong interpersonal skills.
