We're seeking a Part-time Licensed Behavioral Health Clinician/Therapist to join our team in Lancaster, PA. This role will be an integral part of our vision to make healthcare better for everyone.
About the Job:
As a Licensed Clinical Therapist / Independent Licensed Therapist, you will treat a wide variety of mental health conditions that reflect the needs of our diverse patient population. Your primary responsibilities will include forming excellent provider-patient alliances, coordinating care with external providers, screening and assessing patients for common mental health issues, providing treatment using evidence-based methods, and maintaining accurate electronic medical records.
Requirements:
- Master's degree in psychology, social work, or a related counseling field
- Clear, active, and unrestricted license (LCSW, LMFT, or LPC) in Pennsylvania
- 2+ years of professional experience in social work or clinical settings
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with equal effectiveness
