Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Equipment Manager to join our instrumentation team at BDI Bridge Diagnostics. The successful candidate will be responsible for the management of all rental and field equipment, ensuring timely delivery and maintenance of equipment to projects.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in equipment logistics, maintenance, and safety protocols. They will be responsible for managing equipment inventory, tracking maintenance records, and conducting regular inspections to ensure compliance with industry standards.

The Equipment Manager will also be responsible for troubleshooting equipment issues, assisting with budget development, and fostering a culture of safety and quality within the team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage equipment logistics, including coordination with project managers and vendors
  • Track and maintain equipment maintenance records
  • Conduct regular equipment inspections to ensure safety and compliance
  • Troubleshoot equipment issues and implement solutions
  • Assist with budget development and management
  • Foster a culture of safety and quality within the team

Requirements:

  • High school degree or equivalent; technical degree preferred
  • Proficient in intermediate calculations and computer skills, including Microsoft Excel
  • Ability to lift 50-80 pounds regularly and stand for long periods of time
  • Experience with testing and monitoring instrumentation a plus

Benefits and Compensation:

Starting salary range: $25-$30 per hour, with overtime eligible
