Equipment Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Equipment Manager to join our instrumentation team at BDI Bridge Diagnostics. The successful candidate will be responsible for the management of all BDI rental and field equipment, ensuring that the correct equipment is sent to projects and arrives on time through coordination with the project manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage equipment logistics, including inventory tracking, maintenance, and utilization
- Conduct regular equipment inspections to ensure safety and compliance with industry standards
- Troubleshoot equipment problems during checkout and intake
- Assist division managers in assessing equipment needs and developing budgets for purchasing and maintenance
- Foster a culture of safety and ensure compliance with quality, environmental, and safety regulations and standards
Requirements:
- Experience with equipment logistics and maintenance
- Ability to follow directions and leverage processes to ensure quality deliverables
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Process-driven and able to use systemized procedures to succeed
