Job Summary

As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the success of our Intercity Bus program. This position is responsible for coordinating activities that organize, manage, and improve the program to provide a premier service to our ridership.

Key Responsibilities

  • Evaluate and monitor contractor performance to ensure compliance with program requirements.
  • Conduct in-field reviews and office-based data collection and analysis activities to assess the program.
  • Coordinate efforts with state and local stakeholders and national transportation carriers.
  • Develop and implement corrective actions to address quality and customer service issues.
  • Monitor and manage the ongoing performance of contractors.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred.
  • One to three years' experience in contract compliance reviews preferably in transit industry.
  • Understanding and applying Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) practices.
  • Experience with quantitative and qualitative program evaluation methods.
