Job Responsibilities

Key Duties:

  • Warmly welcome guests and take food and beverage orders efficiently, adhering to established service protocols.
  • Deliver orders promptly and professionally while maintaining high standards of food safety and sanitation.
  • Possess thorough knowledge of menu items and ingredients, providing recommendations and accommodating dietary needs.
  • Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure accurate order fulfillment and special requests.
  • Exhibit excellent interpersonal skills and maintain a positive demeanor while interacting with guests and team members.
  • Handle cash transactions responsibly and follow proper cash management procedures.
  • Ensure a clean and safe dining environment for guests.
  • Maintain confidentiality regarding any personal or medical information shared by guests.
  • Address guest complaints or concerns promptly and relay pertinent information to supervisors.
  • Prepare the dining area before and after service, ensuring cleanliness and adherence to sanitation standards.
  • Operate various equipment safely, including fire extinguishers and beverage machines.
  • Collaborate with other departments during special events and functions.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
