  • Operate various kitchen appliances, including blenders, ovens, flat top grills, and stand mixers, with confidence and precision.
  • Prepare sauces and accompaniments before meal service begins, adding a touch of creativity and flair to our dishes.
  • Maintain a clean and organized station, even under the busiest conditions, ensuring a safe and efficient working environment.
  • Estimate expected food consumption and organize preparation, filling out prep lists daily to ensure seamless service.
  • Perform additional responsibilities as needed, supporting the team and contributing to our success.
