Job Title: Warehouse Operations Supervisor

At Aldi, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Warehouse Operations Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our warehouse, ensuring that products are received, stored, and shipped efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and manage daily work schedules to meet warehouse needs
  • Coordinate job activities and tasks of direct reports to ensure timely completion
  • Oversee the receiving and shipping of products to stores
  • Monitor processes for inbound and outbound deliveries to ensure compliance with established guidelines
  • Develop and implement action plans to improve operating results
  • Communicate job responsibilities and performance expectations to direct reports
  • Model company strategy and core values to create a sense of teamwork and membership among employees
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with varying temperatures
  • Continuous standing, sitting, bending, reaching, gripping, pushing, pulling, lifting, carrying, and walking throughout the warehouse
  • Frequent lifting and placing of product weighing up to 45 pounds on pallets at various heights
