Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Warehouse Operations Supervisor to join our team at Aldi Inc. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our warehouse facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess and manage warehouse staffing levels to meet business needs.
  • Recruit, select, and develop a high-performing team of warehouse associates.
  • Manage relationships with on-site partner companies and vendors to ensure high-quality service.
  • Develop and implement action plans to improve operating results and reduce costs.
  • Communicate job responsibilities and performance expectations to team members.
  • Model company values and behaviors to create a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.
  • At least 1 year of experience in a management role, preferably in a warehouse or logistics environment.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to drive business results.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
Working Conditions

This role requires occasional work in varying temperatures, hot and cold, including outdoor temperatures and refrigerator/freezer environments. You will be required to sit, stand, bend, reach, grip, push, pull, lift, carry, and walk throughout the warehouse. You may be required to lift and place product weighing up to 45 pounds on pallets at various heights.
