About the Role:

As an HVAC Sales Representative at Aiello Home Services, you will play a critical role in identifying the needs of our customers and providing them with the best solutions for their homes. Your goal will be to establish strong relationships with our customers, understand their needs, and present them with tailored solutions that meet their requirements. You will work closely with our installation team to ensure seamless execution of sales contracts and financing options. Your success will be measured by your ability to achieve departmental sales and capacity goals while providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain strong customer relationships to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Develop and present sales proposals that are accurate, complete, and tailored to each customer's requirements.
  • Work closely with the installation team to ensure smooth execution of sales contracts and financing options.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activity to ensure Aiello Home Services remains competitive.
  • Contribute to the development of sales strategies and plans to achieve departmental goals.


Requirements:

  • 1+ years of experience in residential HVAC sales.
  • Strong mechanical and technical aptitude.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Job Type: Commission-based position

Pay: $75,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year (average earnings)

Weekly Schedule:

  • Monday - Friday (40 hours weekly minimum)
  • Weekends as needed
