">Key Responsibilities
  • Answering phone calls and responding to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Updating our CRM and software systems to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Managing social media pages to engage with our audience and promote our services.
  • Overseeing the reception area and maintaining a welcoming environment for our clients.
  • Assisting our Customer Relationship Managers and Risk Advisors in their daily tasks.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM and software systems.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
">Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additional benefits include health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
