Job Title: Director of Client Experience
">About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Director of Client Experience. This key role plays a vital part in supporting our processes and procedures, ensuring seamless interactions between our customers and staff.
">Key Responsibilities- Answering phone calls and responding to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Updating our CRM and software systems to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
- Managing social media pages to engage with our audience and promote our services.
- Overseeing the reception area and maintaining a welcoming environment for our clients.
- Assisting our Customer Relationship Managers and Risk Advisors in their daily tasks.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Proficiency in CRM and software systems.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additional benefits include health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
