Position Summary

The Spa Operations Supervisor is responsible for guiding Spa personnel, managing products, and maintaining the environment to ensure an exceptional Spa experience that encourages repeat visits and boosts product and service sales.


Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure all necessary licenses are maintained for the role and that all team members hold the required certifications.
  • Exemplify and promote confidentiality and discretion concerning guest information and discussions.
  • Supervise daily tasks, performance, and guest interactions of Spa staff.
  • Guarantee adequate staffing levels to enhance guest satisfaction, safety, and cleanliness within the Spa.
  • Address and resolve guest concerns effectively to ensure satisfaction while adhering to sound business practices.
  • Compile and analyze daily reports, highlighting trends or significant points for department management.
  • Manage inventory, order supplies, and create retail displays that attract guest interest and drive sales.
  • Innovate strategies to enhance revenue generation.
  • Commit to responsible gaming and alcohol service by discreetly reporting any concerns to management.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and hazard-free working environment.
  • Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures as outlined by company standards.
  • Select, train, mentor, evaluate, and retain team members who embody the Company's Mission and Values, including Communication, Integrity, Fun, Respect, Accountability, Passion, and Dedication.
  • Perform general administrative tasks as required.
  • Execute other responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications

  • A High School Diploma or equivalent is required, alongside three to five years of experience in customer service or guest relations, or a suitable combination of education and experience.
  • Minimum of three years of supervisory experience is required, with at least one year in Luxury Spa Leadership.
  • A four-year degree in Hospitality Management is preferred.
