Key Responsibilities:
  • Adhere to New Jersey Gaming Commission Regulations and Playtech's policies and procedures.
  • Cooperate with the Operations Manager to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
  • Organize and control studio operations during assigned shifts.
  • Monitor and resolve technical issues promptly and in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and policies.
  • Supervise and train Game Presenters, Shufflers, and Players to maintain high standards of performance.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve operations and enhance the gaming experience.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and resolve conflicts in a professional manner.
  • Represent management and maintain confidentiality and diplomacy at all times.
  • Initiate improvements and provide feedback to management.
  • Perform additional duties as instructed by management.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year of management-related experience.
  • Basic computer skills, including MS Office and electronic mail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to teach and explain company policies and procedures.
  • Strong multitasking and decision-making skills.
  • High accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work on a flexible schedule, including holidays, overtime, and weekends.
Benefits:
  • Competitive hourly rate of $24.
  • Night differential pay from 11 PM to 7 AM.
  • 10 holiday pay.
  • 5 PTO and 5 paid sick time.
