Job Description

Overview

As a Special Events Representative with the Hard Rock Hotel and Casino Atlantic City, you will play a vital role in supporting the Special Events Team. Under the direction of the Director, Supervisors, and Manager, you will assist with event operations, set up, and completion. Your duties will include operational and organizational support, clerical functions, and administrative tasks to ensure the success of our events.


Responsibilities

  • Assist Supervisors and Manager in day-to-day departmental operations.
  • Support event operations, including setup, execution, and breakdown.
  • Provide excellent customer service, including check-in, gift distribution, and assistance with customer inquiries.
  • Communicate effectively with internal departments to ensure seamless event execution.
  • Work in a fast-paced environment, often standing for extended periods, and lifting up to 25lbs.
  • Demonstrate a commitment to responsible gaming and responsible alcohol service.
  • Adhere to the Company's Mission and Values, promoting a positive and respectful work environment.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and hazard-free work environment.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Ability to work weekends and holidays.
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends and holidays.
  • Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25lbs.
  • Willingness to assist with unpacking large quantities of gifts.
