Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team at Lee Health Home Infusion. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our patients and their families.

Key Responsibilities
• Provide timely and effective communication to patients and their families regarding infusion therapy services
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a professional and courteous manner
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless delivery of infusion therapy services
• Maintain accurate records and reports to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
• Participate in ongoing training and education to stay up-to-date on infusion therapy best practices

Requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 1-2 years of customer service experience in a healthcare setting preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
• Basic computer skills and proficiency in electronic medical records systems
