Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team at Access Medical South. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, ensuring their needs are met, and resolving any issues that may arise.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide top-notch customer service to our customers, responding to their inquiries and resolving their issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Collaborate with our sales team to ensure seamless customer experiences, from initial contact to resolution.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with our customers, understanding their needs and preferences to provide personalized service.
• Work closely with our internal teams to resolve customer issues, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
• Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to provide informed and accurate information to customers.
Requirements:
• 1+ year of customer service experience in a retail or healthcare setting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and internal teams.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze and resolve complex customer issues.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
