About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Shift Manager to join our team at SEQ. As a Shift Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant, providing exceptional customer service, and leading a team of associates to achieve our goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Team Management: Supervise and motivate a team of associates to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals.
  • Customer Service: Ensure that customers receive exceptional service, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Restaurant Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including inventory management, scheduling, and maintaining a clean and safe environment.
  • Financial Management: Manage cash handling, sales, and labor costs to achieve profitability goals.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve operational issues, escalating concerns to management as needed.
  • Communication: Maintain open and effective communication with associates, management, and customers to ensure a positive and productive work environment.
Requirements
  • Age: 18 years or older
  • Work Authorization: Legal right to work in the United States
  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Experience: Minimum of two years previous management experience with responsibility for financial results
  • Skills: Basic computer literacy, strong communication and leadership skills, ability to multitask and prioritize
  • Physical Demands: Able to lift 10-40 pounds, reach with arms and hands, stand and walk for long periods
