Resort Lifestyle Communities is seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to serve as a Lead Hospitality Ambassador. This role is responsible for providing exceptional service and hospitality to residents and guests by serving from the heart.
As a key member of our community leadership team, you will be passionate about delivering a positive and memorable experience to everyone you interact with.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Assist in various areas, including interacting with residents and guests, answering phone calls, marketing, administrative work, assisting with events, and performing cleaning duties.
- Provide a lasting first impression to visitors of the community while balancing and prioritizing multiple roles and responsibilities.
- Anticipate the needs of residents, guests, and team members, including outside vendor deliveries.
- Monitor and respond to emergencies, such as the resident emergency call system, building life safety systems, and the fire alarm panel.
- Support the Community Managers by assuming leadership responsibilities in their absence.
**Requirements**
- Must be 21 years of age or older, maintain a current driver's license, and have a clean driving record.
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) is required.
- Ability to move tables and furniture periodically, lift and carry approximately 25 pounds.
- Initiative and problem-solving skills, with the ability to de-escalate critical situations.
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word, and Excel).
- Strong knowledge of the local community, area, and region preferred.
- Previous work experience in customer service or hospitality.
