About The Role:

The General Manager will oversee all aspects of HVAC and Plumbing business lines. This leader will drive growth, performance metrics, support culture, and develop all staff and management, constantly striving to be a world-class operator.

We're seeking a GM with an 'owner' mindset – this person is ultimately in charge of the P&L and must own all performance across the business. This is a unique entrepreneurship opportunity to take the 'path less traveled.'

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide leadership, direction, and development to HVAC, Plumbing, Service, Install, and Support teams ensuring quality work is on time, aligned with the budget, and to customer specifications.
  • Develop forecasts for sales growth, market mix, and profitability with plans to meet such projections.
  • Develop budgets for growth and profitability; track performance against those targets daily, weekly and monthly – disseminate the information to your teams.
