Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the Executive Chef in developing and implementing menu items, specials, and holiday functions
  • Coordinate and manage kitchen operations, including food production, ordering, and inventory control
  • Supervise and train kitchen staff, including scheduling, payroll, and performance evaluations
  • Monitor food quality, consistency, and presentation to ensure exceptional guest experiences
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety standards, as well as company policies and procedures

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in a fast-paced culinary environment, with leadership experience preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, or equivalent experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with ability to train and motivate team members
  • Knowledge of health and sanitation standards, as well as menu and food preparation skills
  • Ability to lift up to 75 lbs, with frequent bending, stooping, and standing
