Responsibilities:
As a Marketing Coordinator, your duties will include:
- Developing and implementing strategic pursuit plans.
- Preparing proposals, presentations, and other marketing materials using InDesign for business development.
- Conducting market research to uncover new business opportunities and industry trends.
- Managing and upholding the firm's brand identity across all marketing platforms.
- Coordinating the creation of engaging content, including brochures, newsletters, social media posts, and website updates.
- Supporting digital marketing efforts, including SEO, email marketing, and social media advertising.
- Collaborating with the design team to create high-quality visual content for marketing initiatives.
- Tracking and analyzing marketing campaign performance, adjusting strategies as necessary to enhance results.
- Planning and producing collateral and promotional materials for industry conferences and speaking engagements.
- Maintaining digital assets, including project portfolio updates and photography coordination.

Qualifications:
- A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in a marketing or business development role.
- Proficiency in both print and digital graphic design, with demonstrated experience in composition and layout for multi-page formats.
- Advanced skills in Adobe InDesign.
- Experience with Digital Asset Management.
- A degree in marketing, graphic design, or communications is preferred.
- Previous experience in design or construction industries is advantageous.
- Strong critical thinking abilities.
- Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
- Outstanding organizational and planning capabilities.
- Willingness to learn new software tools.
