Key Highlights for the BILINGUAL Client Support Specialist:

  • Compensation set at $22/hour
  • Work schedule: Monday to Friday

Your Responsibilities as the BILINGUAL Client Support Specialist:

  • Address customer service or billing issues by engaging in activities such as merchandise exchanges, processing refunds, and modifying invoices.
  • Communicate with clients to address inquiries or inform them about the outcomes of claim investigations and any forthcoming adjustments.
  • Escalate unresolved customer complaints to the appropriate departments for further resolution.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions, documenting details of inquiries, complaints, and actions taken.

Your Qualifications as the BILINGUAL Client Support Specialist:

  • Possession of a high school diploma or GED.
  • A minimum of 2-4 years of experience in a customer service role is required.
