Position Summary

As a part of our Insurance Services division, the Customer Service Representative will be responsible for delivering exceptional, client-focused service throughout the policy lifecycle. Key responsibilities include addressing inquiries related to billing, policies, commissions, premium audits, and claims from agents and policyholders. The ability to quickly identify client needs and efficiently direct them to the appropriate team member is crucial for success in this role. This full-time position operates during standard business hours from Monday to Friday and offers opportunities for professional growth and development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a substantial volume of inbound and outbound communications, prioritizing customer satisfaction and effective issue resolution.
  • Address email inquiries concerning loss run requests, notices of loss, and document delivery.
  • Oversee task queues related to submissions, post-bind audits, and Policy Services inquiries.
  • Develop and maintain call scripts and knowledge bases to ensure consistent service delivery.
  • Surpass individual and departmental performance metrics for call quality, transfer rates, and customer satisfaction.
  • Execute other assigned tasks as required.

Qualifications
