The Latino Center of the Midlands is in search of a committed Student Support Specialist to enhance our initiatives. This role focuses on assisting students facing attendance challenges, collaborating with families and educational staff to foster better attendance and academic achievements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Track and facilitate improvements in student attendance
  • Identify obstacles to student success and link them to appropriate resources
  • Engage with significant adults in the student’s support network
  • Create tailored action plans addressing the unique needs of each student

Required Qualifications:

  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is essential
