Role Objective: The Global Customer Support Specialist will play a crucial role in equipping our partners, clients, and resellers with the knowledge and skills needed to effectively utilize LiveRamp's offerings. This position is integral to our training initiatives aimed at streamlining the learning process for our users.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop comprehensive training materials that detail the effective use of LiveRamp's products.
- Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams to create impactful training resources.
- Design and record course scripts for on-demand training sessions.
- Produce engaging slides, job aids, lab exercises, quizzes, and certifications to enhance the training experience.
- Organize training needs into structured learning paths and courses.
- Update training content in response to product changes.
- Manage and maintain training materials on the Learning Management System (LMS).
- Track and analyze training metrics to ensure effectiveness.
- Deliver training sessions to sales teams and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
- Lead both live and recorded training sessions for partners, clients, and resellers.
- Oversee all aspects of assigned training projects, including attendee coordination and follow-up.
- Occasional travel may be required when safe.
Team Dynamics:
Your team will focus on creating and maintaining essential sales training programs. The courses developed by this team are vital for onboarding partners, clients, and resellers, ensuring they are well-equipped to sell LiveRamp's products through a structured certification program.
Candidate Profile:
- Proven experience in creating training documentation.
- Ability to collaborate with various teams to gather in-depth product knowledge.
- Experience in training or mentoring colleagues.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong presentation capabilities.
- Experience in both in-person and virtual training environments.
- Adept at simplifying complex technical concepts.
- Proficient in managing multiple projects and priorities effectively.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in developing adult learning materials, including slide decks and job aids.
- Familiarity with SQL, APIs, and command line tools.
- Knowledge of LiveRamp's products.
- Background in AdTech or MarTech.
- Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS).
