We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Supervisor to join our team in Aurora, CO. As a key member of our production floor team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality standards are met in all aspects of our operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise daily activities of QA Technicians to ensure all QA tasks are carried out as desired.
  • Provide guidance regarding quality and food safety issues to ops and QA teams.
  • Coach, train, and support the QA team to support business growth.
  • Communicate daily with FSQA Techs regarding production schedule and QA issues.
  • Maintain inventory of QC/lab supplies and coordinate training from suppliers or new equipment purchased.
  • Work with QA Manager to discipline workers as appropriate.
  • Participate in inspections and familiarize employees with plant operations as part of company safety programs.
  • Assume some responsibilities of the QA Manager in their absence.

Requirements:

  • BS degree or equivalent experience in a food manufacturing environment.
  • Previous knowledge working in food production Quality Assurance department.
  • Must have a flexible schedule including working weekends, as necessary.
  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency using Microsoft Office.
  • Maintains good housekeeping and clean work areas in assigned space.
  • Bilingual (English and Spanish).
