Job Overview

The Sleep & EEG Supervisor is a critical role at Children's Hospital Colorado, responsible for managing the Neurophysiology Lab and ensuring the highest level of patient care. This position requires a strong clinical background, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the implementation and maintenance of department-specific policies, procedures, and guidelines.
  • Lead team members in providing direct patient care, promoting expert clinical knowledge, and ensuring compliance with quality and safety initiatives.
  • Partner with a multidisciplinary team to meet the clinical needs of patients and families.
  • Provide leadership and management to department team members, ensuring staffing levels, materials management, and space utilization meet patient care, training, and fiscal needs.
  • Serve as the primary clinical liaison with families and referring providers, facilitating exemplary customer service and responsiveness.

Requirements:

  • Associates degree in a relevant field and/or graduate of a CAAHEP Accredited Program.
  • Five years of clinical experience in a pediatric setting.
  • BLS/CPR, and/or PALS certifications as required by credential.
  • Colorado Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) and/or Registered Polysomnography Tech (RPSGT) and/or Registered EEG Tech (REEGT) + 1 (CLTM/ REPT/CNIM).
