Key Responsibilities:

  • Track, report, and manage the status of project work to ensure timely completion and successful deployment.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience working in a managed care company or health insurer, preferably in product/benefit management, medical management, or appeals.
  • OR extensive project management experience using data and information to make business decisions.
  • 2+ years of experience with medical coding concepts, including CPT, HCPCS, ICD-9/10.
  • 2+ years of experience with project management tools and software, including MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • PMP Certification is an asset, but not required.
  • Certified Professional Coder (CPC) certification is an asset, but not required.
