Key Responsibilities- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Process and manage insurance claims, including billing and follow-up

- Review and process accounts for accuracy and completeness
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer service
- High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or associate degree preferred
- Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service or insurance claims processing
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
- Knowledge of insurance billing and collections
- Experience with medical terminology and coding
- Ability to work in a team environment and provide excellent customer service
