Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Benefits Administration Specialist to join our team at ADP. As a key member of our Benefits Services team, you will be responsible for administering, managing, and governing various benefit plans on a day-to-day basis. This includes processing transactions, coordinating with back-office teams, and resolving issues related to benefits administration.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer and manage various benefit plans, including health, welfare, and voluntary benefits
  • Process transactions, such as enrollments, terminations, and changes to benefits
  • Coordinate with back-office teams to ensure accurate and timely processing of benefits
  • Resolve issues related to benefits administration, including eligibility, coverage, and claims
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients and internal stakeholders
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in customer service, preferably in employee benefits and/or HR administration
  • Strong knowledge of benefits administration, including health, welfare, and voluntary benefits
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
