We are seeking a skilled Construction Administrative Specialist to oversee and manage the construction phase of projects, ensuring they are executed in accordance with design specifications, budgets, and timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage construction projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budgets.
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project specifications are met.
  • Develop and implement construction administration plans, including scheduling and budgeting.
  • Conduct site visits to monitor progress and identify potential issues.
  • Collaborate with the project team to resolve any issues that may arise during construction.

Requirements:

  • 10 years minimum experience in architectural construction administration and/or general contracting construction administration with a focus on commercial projects.
  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of construction processes, building codes, and industry standards.
  • Proficient in construction administration software and tools.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for on-site visits.
