Program Marketing Manager

Join ecoAmerica, a leading non-profit organization dedicated to promoting climate solutions, as a Program Marketing Manager. In this role, you will play a critical part in supporting the organization's mission by developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote our programs and partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute marketing plans to promote our programs and partnerships, including creating marketing materials, managing social media, and coordinating events.
  • Collaborate with the Program Team to ensure alignment between marketing efforts and program goals.
  • Manage and maintain relationships with partners, including drafting and distributing communications, tracking progress, and reporting on results.
  • Support the development and implementation of content strategies, including writing and editing content for websites, social media, and other channels.
  • Provide administrative support to the Program Team, including managing calendars, coordinating meetings, and maintaining records.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree and 2-4 years of related work experience.
  • Superior project management skills, with the ability to plan and execute details and manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent writing, communications, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate professionally with multiple levels of a national non-profit organization.
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and social media platforms.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
