Job Overview

The Business Systems Manager plays a pivotal role in driving the success of the Business Systems department at Britech Group, Inc. This leadership position is responsible for overseeing the development, support, and compliance of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of Business Systems Functional Analysts to understand business needs and incorporate best practices into process design.
  • Develop and execute Business Systems design, testing, development, and implementation plans.
  • Collaborate with business process owners to create documentation, training, and process flow understanding within Business Systems.
  • Partner with external Microsoft D365 consultants to develop the ERP system, documentation, training, and process flow understanding.
  • Ensure adherence to SOX and Quality Compliance Standards related to Business Systems.
  • Communicate external software interface requirements to enable business processes using 3rd party software.
  • Mentor, train, develop, and assess skills of the assigned team.
  • Promote continuous improvement by utilizing industry-standard tools and practices.

Requirements

  • Strong business understanding with analytical skills to associate data.
  • Excellent organization skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple priorities/projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to work through others to achieve goals.
  • Self-management and accountability.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications, including SharePoint and Visio.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration preferred.
  • 5-7 years' experience in a relevant business function, such as Manufacturing, Procurement, Logistics, or Corporate/Customer Service.
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft D365 development process.
  • Familiarity with Robotic Process Automation (RPA).
  • 3 years' experience in a people leader role.
  • User training experience is desired.
