Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate business processes and identify areas for improvement
  • Develop and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to obtain an understanding of processes and requirement needs
  • Coordinate meetings with cross-functional departments to create current and future state process maps and KPI metrics
  • Document and communicate business requirement changes, enhancements, and modifications
  • Create and maintain requirements traceability matrices
  • Create and maintain functional design documentation
  • Utilize the SDLC methodology to deliver technical solutions
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field
  • 5+ years of business requirements gathering experience
  • 3+ years of Quality Assurance or System Testing experience
  • 3+ years of business process mapping experience
  • 3+ years of experience in supporting business functions in Microsoft D365
Preferred Qualifications
  • Finance or accounting background
  • Record to Report (R2R) experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Working Conditions

The successful candidate will be required to work in an indoor office environment with good ventilation, adequate lighting, and low noise levels.
